3.1. Pavlov & Co will only use the information you provide to it by using the website in order to perform a request for legal advice or assistance and to analyze what are the conditions under which an individual may receive it, as well as to perform any necessary conflict checks thereof.

Sending e-mail messages containing your personal data to this website is therefore based on your free, explicit, and voluntary consent to do so.

4.2. When you visit this website information systems and software procedures relied upon to operate it might acquire personal data as part of their standard functioning.
