EPO publishes an interactive book on Patent enforcement in Europe. PAVLOV & CO partners honored to contribute to the edition.

The European Patent Office, through the European Patent Academy continues to expand its vast array of educational and instructional literature, aimed at helping professionals all around Europe in their everyday work. The newest addition is named "Patent enforcement in Europe" - a country-by-country overview that "...provides a comprehensive insight into national enforcement practices and procedures in the EPC contracting states.". The edition is available as an on-line interactive publication, available on the EPO website free of charge.

Pavlov & Co partners Vasil Pavlov and Momchil Lazarov have been approached by the EPO to contribute by providing the overview for Bulgaria. The completed questionnaires were sent to the EPO, which has complied their contribution with those of professionals from all around Europe into a single, structured and easy-to-use document which can serve as a reference for professionals looking for accessible information on enforcement matters in various European countries for planning strategies for their clients on a national and international level.
