Vasil Pavlov contributes to EPO edition on Compulsory Licensing in Europe

Pavlov & Co managing partner Vasil Pavlov was given the honor to write the Bulgarian section in the latest project of the European Patent Office – an overview of the practice and legal framework of Compulsory Licensing in the field of patents and utility models in all EU Member States. The edition is intended for use mainly by magistrates from all EU jurisdictions as a tool for quick comparison of practices and legislation across the EU, in an attempt to facilitate their work and unify the applied principles and practices in the field. The invite by the EPO once again shows the high praise that the IP community has for Mr. Pavlov’s experience and the work that Pavlov & Co has done over the years. |
