Pavlov & Co contributes to a prestigious edition on enforcement of IP rights

Pavlov & Co partners Vasil Pavlov and Momchil Lazarov were among those honored to participate in the most recent IP legal framework and practice review concerning EU countries – the edition ENFORCEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS IN EU MEMBER STATES published by Intersentia.

The edition covers the practical aspects of enforcing intellectual property rights in all 28 EU member-states and the different aspects of implementing the EU Enforcement Directive (Directive 2004/48/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the enforcement of intellectual property rights) in each of them, providing a unique opportunity for practitioners to obtain quick information on different aspects of IP rights enforcement, as well as make comparison of practices and legal framework in various jurisdictions.

The book is the result of a collaboration between top tier firms and practitioners from all 28 EU Member States, and Pavlov & Co partners Vasil Pavlov and Momchil Lazarov were excited to have the opportunity to be responsible for the section covering Bulgarian legislation and practice.

The edition is available for purchase as both a hardcover and an e-book from the Intersentia website.
